About Corporate & Executive Coaching
The 6 Top Business Coaching Subjects
The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development conducted a survey recently, to establish what individuals hope to gain from coaching. It found that:
  • 40% sought to improve their performance
  • 34% wanted to increase their confidence
  • 30% wanted to further develop their leadership style
  • 53% sought to develop a skill
  • 21% wanted support or time to think or reflect
  • 34% wanted to develop their career or set their career vision
I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase “It’s lonely at the top” how true is that? Who does the top executive in a company have to talk through their issues with? Or their plans for the future of the company? Or the myriad of challenges that “go with the territory”? They won’t necessarily be ready to talk to their Management Board until they have got things straight in their own mind. This is where having the right Coach can really make a difference.
Give Yourself Time to Think and Plan
Just imagine, being able to take an hour or so out of your busy day, totally void of interruptions to analyse your vision for the future and to be given the time to thoroughly examine your options regarding how to achieve that vision, with somebody who is unbiased, non-judgemental and who will be there to support you during your journey. Somebody who has a variety of coaching skills and techniques. It is the sequenced, probing and purposeful questions from the coach that allow pertinent insights from the client to surface. Those moments offer clients the greatest value.
Reward for your High Fliers
Do you have Executives within your company, who are already achieving great things? Often a series of coaching sessions for these achievers, reap even greater benefits for the company in terms retention rates, as companies who invest in their staff are companies where people want to stay.
Investing in your staff that need a little help
The flip side of this is staff that need a bit of extra help, with things like motivation, time-management, leadership skills and so on. Training in these circumstances can be helpful, but just imagine the benefits of one to one coaching, with the company’s mission in mind, the learning will be much more focussed and tailored to the way your company operates. Research shows training realises a 24% improvement whilst training and coaching combined takes this up to 80%
Team Coaching
Do you have teams in your business that don’t work together effectively, do the team members have different agendas, is their communication non existent and are their results poor? Team coaching can be very effective, once the coach has established the values each team member requires to have in the team, and these are addressed, you begin to see improvements and once the team have real clarity about what they are there to achieve as a group, the poor communication between individuals ceases.

Corporate & Executive coaching is conducted face to face at your premises or at a mutually agreed venue. Minimum session time is 1 hour.
